Aaaaa!! So awesome! Thanks, Kelly. And yeah... I actually didn't like her singing so much on the musical crossover because she purposefully sang slightly flat in some areas. THIS is the Melissa voice I remember.

How awesome! Thanks for this. Sure you already know how I feel about Melissa's singing I'm all for a good Disney Movie. She'd make a wonderful Belle, but they already made that. I want her on Broadway so badly.

O. and maybe he could be her Prince .....? I just wish there was more of it.

I say cast her in the next live musical on tv... Preferably one done by Fox, as theirs seem to be the best executed. Don't want her on Broadway since we wouldn't then get to see her weekly

Problem is her Supergirl schedule wouldn't allow her to do a TV live Musical as they are Chrismas events. I read there were some whispers of her being Sandy on Fox Grease Live back in the day, but she'd been cast as Supergirl.

Lots of tv episodic stars do Broadway on their hiatus for limited runs. Plus seeing a live Broadway show is way different experience than tv. If it's a good show, the energy is amazing. She herself has said she really misses broadway. That said, I'm not expecting it to happen while she is leading on Supergirl. Just sometime in the future.

I'm still praying to the cosmos that she'll get to do a run on Bazz Luhrmann's Moulin Rouge in the future.. She'd be Brilliant as Satine.

It was a fun piece of promo fluff, and Melissa, of course, was divine. But her segment was pre-recorded during her recent visit to Prague in-between episode filming. The Con broadcast was definitely a livestrem, though.

Agree I don't see Melissa doing Broadway while Supergirl is on the air. The TV stars who do Broadway are usually in very ensemble type shows and also already have significant Broadway experience. As good as we know Melissa would be she has never headlined a Broadway show before.

Satine would be an awesome part for her. Nicole Kidman was 34 when the Moulin Rouge movie came out and the stage is more forgiving on actors ages than film. I don't see any reason she couldn't do it after Supergirl has a nice long run. How cool would it be if Jeremy played Cristian to Melissa's Satine. I think he'd be an awesome Cristian regardless of who else was in the show and of course he's already proven he's got the pipes to headline a Broadway show.

I have actually wished Melissa could have done every single lead part in every single TV musical since they started them with "The Sound Of Music" and Carrie Underwood......and every one after that one. I cried at how horrible "The Sound Of Music" was.....literally cried.

It's pure joy watching her sing and dance this lively again

Melissa said before she loves acting more than singing, but at least she kept her singing talent as sharp as she was on stage or on Glee.
